Rhode Island Driver Instruction Enrollment Requirements

Drive Right Auto School provides complete in-car driver education to students in Rhode Island. We provide instruction to everyone from teenagers to senior citizens. We take our work seriously and provide formal evaluations at the end of our program.

Students must have a learner’s permit issued by the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles in order to begin driving lessons. Learners Permits must be brought to each driving lesson. Students who complete 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training are eligible to receive insurance discounts from many insurance companies. A fee will be charged for driving lessons cancelled without 24 hour notice unless a doctor’s note is provided.

Our Enrollment Requirements Include:

• Learner’s permit
• Or current drivers license
• Willingness to learn
